New books for Twilight fans
If you want to move on from Twilight, there are some great series out there. Look out for Crescendo, the follow-up to Hush Hush, in October, and Torment, which follows on from Fallen, in September.

New Darren Shan series
Author Darren Shan has returned to his first hit series, The Saga of Darren Shan, with The Saga of Larten Crepsley, a series about the outcast vampire. Birth of a Killer is the first book and is published on 30th September.

The Hunger Games trilogy ends

New Vampire Diaries stories
Author LJ Smith has promised three new Vampire Diaries stories. The books are a prequel to the Vampire Diaries series and the first, Stefans Diaries, will be published in November.

Look out for The Thin Executioner, Darren Shan's new novel, which is published on 29th April. Unlike his previous books, this is a stand-alone novel.

Ross Kemp's Ganglands for teens
Ross Kemp, who plays Grant Mitchell in East Enders, is publishing his Ganglands titles for teen readers. Ganglands: Brazil is published by Puffin this month and is based on his Sky One TV series.

Mortal Engines prequel
Philip Reeve has written a prequel to his epic Mortal Engines quartet, Fever Crumb, which will be published by Scholastic in May. Fever Crumb is set a generation before the events of Mortal Engines, when cities are just beginning to devour each other....
